This week we talk about how to handle not getting an internal promotion. With one of the ladies getting a promotion recently it is obvious that its a tough one. Can you show that you are proud of yourself without hurting other applicants feelings? If the non successful applicant become petty and giving the cold shoulder is there anything you can do? Should you say sorry for being the chosen one?
