Welcome back dunkers! After a small hiatus (Grace was off being busy - imagine!!) we are back! Very important topic with some insight from the best of the best hairdressers of what you should and shouldn’t do. Is it rude to be on your phone? Can you close your eyes at the basin? When should you speak up if you're not happy? Can you ask how much it will cost beforehand? When should you eat or drink during your appointment?
